Reservations are available on OpenTable. We are currently on a 60-day rolling availability for our reservations. We do allow booking up to 4:00 PM for same-day reservations if available.

Please be sure to note any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. Please review allergies below that we are unable to accommodate.

Reservations are available through OpenTable for $188 per person. Pricing excludes beverage, sales tax, and a 20% service charge. An optional wine pairing is also available for $95 per person.

When booking, you will be asked for a credit card to purchase the meal. You may opt-in to the beverage pairing when booking or when you arrive at the restaurant.

If you are running late for your reservation, please be aware that we have a 15 minute grace period. Kindly notify the restaurant if you are running more than 15 minutes after your reservation time.

For cancellations, please call or email the restaurant at least 5 days prior to your reservation for a full refund. The reservation cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded within the 5 days prior to your reservation. Our cancellation policy also applies to COVID-related cancellations.

With a multi-course tasting menu, it can be challenging to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. We can offer a separate modified menu for pescatarians with at least 24 hour minimum notice.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a vegetarian or vegan menu. If you do have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please note on your reservation when booking on OpenTable or contact the restaurant prior to your visit.

Miro Kaimuki is located on the outskirts of the “Kaimuki Municipal Lot 1”. This is a gated parking lot that is the closest available to the restaurant. The best entrance would be on 12th Avenue, closer to Harding Avenue. Unfortunately, we are unable to validate for this parking lot.

Street parking is also available and free after 6:00 PM. The restaurant is not liable for any damage to your vehicle or any personal belongings.

Our private dining room is available to book between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM for groups up to 8 guests.

Miro Kaimuki has moved to 1108 12th Avenue in Kaimuki. The entrance to the restaurant can be found on the upper level of the pedestrian lanai at the interior of the lot. The closest corner would be 12th Ave and Harding Ave.

We are located besides the “Nail Salon” and “Boarded Up Burgers”. Please look for our bronze plaque signage, with the entrance directly to the left.
